Got AWSTATS Working by going to the admin account and Enabling it for a plan. Then went to a user account and turned it on for a domain.

I get the new "GUI" but after loggong in it still looks the same even though it says version 2.4.xxx. For some reason I see all of the same stuff, nothing new. How do I get to it?

Got AWSTATS Working by going to the admin account and Enabling it for a plan. Then went to a user account and turned it on for a domain.

Didn't seem to work for me, just enabled AWstats on about 60 plans and the first one I tried got the dreaded internal error.

I i just enabled it for a few plans one of them worked but the other one i cant even get the cp to respond anymore.

EDIT: I spoke too soon, seems to be working again.
EDIT 2: Or not. arg (Internal Server error)

Looks like it's going to be a long night with the server and site admins.

Don't work too hard guys but thanks for all the effort on the CP upgrade!

As for the rest of us...well now it's time to get some work done.

I'm trying to set the new Exressia skin and default look in the "Look and Feel" area, but when I login to any of my clients' sites, I still see the old skin, image set etc. And when I return to the settings page, the skin menu is set to the default again

Weird issue, or just me?

EDIT 1: Just turned on the "Allow users to choose this skin" and "set as default" options, and the Expressia skin appears to be holding now, but I'm still stuck with the default (old) icons, even though I'm clicking the "Set" options for Expressia next to the Image-Set and Default Images options on the Look and Feel" page

Just tried this myself and I'm having the same problem. I don't really want to send in a ticket if this is a bug that's effecting everyone because you guys are obviously very busy with this upgrade already so the last thing you need is to be flooded with the same support ticket problem from everyone.

Has anyone else managed to get AWStats working yet? Or is it only effecting certain accounts (if that's the case I'll send in a ticket).

The new control panel skin is a massive improvement, but I'm still seeing the old skin when I log into my administrative account (though it shows up fine when I log into user control panels). Is there no new skin for the admin account?

I sent in a ticket and Alex said something might be up that they'll get psoft to look into it. Give it another try tomorrow and see how you get on.

I was surprised to see awstats on the domain I checked. When I've used it elsewhere, It reported on up to previous day. No current day stuff. Perhaps that's the issue - no data to report with. But why it works for some sites and not others - ?

Hsphere appears to be dead. Was in it and messing around when it hung. Can't log in now.

EDIT: - After about 5 minutes, got this response...
