H-Sphere 2.4.2 Patch 3 upgrade is out, we will be watching it this week and if by Friday still looks stable and good, we will be sending out an email to upgrade our system to H-Sphere 2.4.2 Patch 3.

This version has a lot of fixes we have been waiting and asking Psoft for. Should be a good upgrade. We will also be installing the webmail and support selector at the same time.

So far it looks good, we will have to do a full vacuum on Monday morrning meaning the CP will be down for a bit and then we will be able to do the upgrade on tuesday. The reason we must do the vacuum is we have to upgrade the database so we have to dump the data and import it. So monday night and tuesday night there will be down time on the CP. We can't do this one on the weekend since we need our best techs here for this big of an upgrade.

Do you know specific start times and estimated down time for Monday and Tuesday?
