Vortech Inc. .::. New Servers NT36.hsphere.cc & NT37.hsphere.cc.

There are 2 Windows 2000 Server now online; NT36.hsphere.cc & NT37.hsphere.cc.

Remember to login to your reseller account and do the following:
Adding logical servers and server aliases:

1. Login into the admin control panel.
2. Click E.MANAGER
3. Click DNS Manager
4. Click edit button to the right of DNS zone
5. Click edit button to the right of your instant alias address
6. If there are logical servers that need to be added, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Add records to all listed logical servers”
7. Click Server Aliases under E.MANAGER
8. If there are server aliases that need to be added, scroll to the bottom of the page click Submit.
9. Allow 4-12 hours for changes to take place.
10.The 2 NEW servers will be turned on within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Got Unix17 there also, but getting an error when I try to add it. That server still not ready yet? Others added fine.

Yea that one is not ready yet, we added it found a bug when adding servers with the number of resellers and had psoft fix it, we have not even plugged unix17 in down town yet but NT36 and NT37 are ready and unix17 should be ready in a few days.

We also have mssql8 coming in the next week as well.

I also added the win servers fine, but together with unix17 I also have listed urchin.hsphere.cc that is missing the Ip for the tag. Is it ok?

BTW, in the alias window is correctly displayedwith alla the other servers (except unix17, of course...).

but i saw unix17 is done already in my reseller alias , i remember i have add it few day ago , something funny with me or i forgot what i have done ?

Peter are you sure you've added unix17? I just tried it again yesterday and still got the error so assumed it still wasn't ready to be added. If you have got it "added" I'd suggest deleting it until your told it's ready to be added.

ops i met this problem few times already hmmm is it psoft bug ? ok after remove it add add again it said no ip tag available , is it happened to some of reseller here or just only me myself ?

no its a bug with hsphere, brad mentioned it further up. We just have to wait till brad says its ready to add, then add it.

Thats the way it should be Peter, Brad has said that server is not yet ready to be added. So just leave it until the official email comes out saying unix17 is ready
