Spam, Virus, and webmail
Hi I wanted to know do you plan on adding anything more to the spam filtering abilities other than Spam Assassin? Right now I have lowered my spam assassin settings to be a bit more sensitive and its only filtering out around 60% of spam.
I also am curious about incoming virus protection, are there any plans to offer filtering for resellers on an opt-in basis? And last question, some of my customers use the webmail functionality, but I would like to hide the spamassassin link from them and also provide a more specific login, so users can just put in their username instead of their username, domain, password and mailserver. Is there anyway to adjust the server aliases to "know" where to route the login info if it is being refered from a specific domain? or should I just install/write a PHP webmail script? |

1) There isn't much more to add. Spammers are specifically targetting SA's ruleset, so unless you want to block more and more legitimiate mail, its just something you deal with.
2) Virus is on server-wide and we would like to keep it that way. There is absolute NO reason to spread viruses. Consider it martial law. 3) Custom login script. There are plenty of forum posts around here on how to do it ![]() |
