System account unreachable, anybody else?
I can't browse the website of my system account. The cp works fine but no other subdomains.
Is this also happening to somebody else?

I can then confirm that support has worsen.
That domain name which provides all kind of services to my customers has been down for more than 3 hours. Probably because the unix server has a misconfiguration and I have not been given an answer....Maybe Apache just needs a reboot, but there is nothing that we can do. The ticket system should have an "emergency" level. "High" seems not to be enough

The domain names are on a server that was DONE yesterday.
I did get a reply and it is now fixed, but still, that was a lot of downtime on a lot of domain names... =(
