Mail8 still with issues,

'553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)', Puerto: 25, Seguridad (SSL): No, Error de servidor: 553, Número de error: 0x800CCC79

That one was for a message sent to a vortech hosted domain, incoming mail is delay just a couple of minutes.

Mail 11 ?

Any news on mail11 ?

I am having issues with it keeps asking for passwords. IMAP folders not being polled.

A Full error message is;

"Header download for the "inbox" folder did not complete. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: mail.davesp....... Server: mail11.ssitho... , Protocol: IMAP, Server Responce : ", Port: 143, Secure (SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCOF"

Further update.

Unable to logon to webmail via the control panel too.

The server responded - -ERR Incorrect login or password incorrect. Check you have the correct username and password for the account
Refresh and try again
Check that you are not accessing your mailbox simultaneously in two or more windows. A file-lock is active per session accessing your mailbox.
Check that two sessions of your account are not active - only one user per login is accepted
Try accessing again in a few minutes
If you are still unsuccessful accessing your account

Contact the Administrator for assistance

Getting numerous complaints about the @mail and mail11 issue also. Seems if you refresh the page it works the second time which is what i've been telling customers so far to try.

Have you raised a ticket yet supportsolution??

Mail11 is still having issues, we've been getting quite a few calls and tickets on this issue and we're working are hardest to have it fixed, we'll have it up as soon as possible.

Anyone has more information about this issue. It is really strange because it seems it is only happening with mail11 and when connecting thorugh @MAIL. I have been connecting to mail11 accounts using another nother Webmail interface, that also uses IMAP, and and got no problems.

Well, now I am starting to get complaints about mail11 also... From @mail users:

SRW, have you tried changing password? have you tried to login to your mail account from the link under mail settings in CP?

I'm puzzled. This thread started over a week ago with a problem caused by a power failure. Is this problem still continuing? Thats worrying.

Mail11

Hi,

I am still having issues with mail11.

I am unable to move mail servers because when ever delete the domain and recreate it i am shoved onto mail11.

I have just brought a new domain so i could alias the domain i need for mail, new domain, old server mail11. - fxxk !

This is getting beyond a joke now (was it ever a joke)

IMAP does not work - POP does MAIL11

Hi,

I have set up an account to use POP3 account and that seem to have worked but I dont want to use a POP3 account as the mail is shared between 3 people.

I thought I would just update the forum
