err.. sorry!
umm I've gone and busted the forum!
I was editing my sig in the user cp area, and put in a couple of html comment markers (i.e. <!-etc - won't do it here) to comment out a bit of my sig. So I could remember it for later, you know.. Well lo and behold, it's broken the sig editing page so now the save & preview buttons don't work. Doh.. there's always one isn't there? Can some kind admin fix my sig by taking out the comments? Thank you! ![]()

Hang on, fixed it - by using IE! omg, it busted Firefox but IE worked fine.
There's a first. Sorry to cause any undue stress, panic or stock fluctuations.

yeah, comments and firefox vs. ie are very interesting... i have noticed when coding with .net, firefox will render stuff inside a comment where ie will not... i found i had to comment the serverside code and the html independantly even though they were nested...
this does sound like an interesting vBulletin isssue though... now i am sure it only broke your sig editing page... right???

Yep. Admittedly I was overstating the gravity of the situation.
