nt35 what's up?
All my sites on nt35 are down, but status shows everything is up. we've been down for 2 hours now. I phoned but was told no one was available and to leave a message, so I put in a ticket. Anybody else on nt35?

I am going to enter a ticket now but I doubt I will get a response for a while. Not inclined to call as in the UK. What time did you notice it was down so that I can state this is my claim form when I do it ?
According to Nagios it has been almost 2 hours ? |

Well, good morning to you in the UK. Yes, that's correct. It went down almost 2 hrs ago. I must have misread nagios; I thought it said it was up. They must surely know then. I guess I won't worry about it; I'm sure they have it all figured out.

It would be nice in these situations if customers were at least notified that they are aware of the problem and working on it with an estimated resolution time.

"We are working on NT35 and it should be up soon.We will inform you once the server is up." was the response to my ticket - so basically no idea when my sites are likely to come back online.
