There is a new servers now online; NT42.hsphere.cc, unix19.hsphere.cc, and unix20.hsphere.cc.

Remember to login to your reseller account and do the following:
Adding logical servers and server aliases:

1. Login into the admin control panel.
2. Click E.MANAGER
3. Click DNS Manager
4. Click edit button to the right of DNS zone
5. Click edit button to the right of your instant alias address
6. If there are logical servers that need to be added, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Add records to all listed logical servers”
7. Click Server Aliases under E.MANAGER
8. If there are server aliases that need to be added, scroll to the bottom of the page click Submit.
9. Allow 4-12 hours for changes to take place.
10.The new server will be turned on within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Hello

I’m new in here and I’m trying to understand why I have to add these servers on my CP.
I know we are running all the servers in a cluster but I thought you can add servers with out affecting the cluster.

If you don't add the alias and someone signs up and gets put on them, they see the NTXX.hsphere.cc instead of NTXX.your.domain. It doesn't have anything to do with it working, just in what your customers see.
