Do you filter customer email?

Do you have any services in place that will filter the content of a customer's email? And if so, can a customer "opt-out" of these filtering services?

No global content filters in place. SpamAssassin is option. Antivirus scanning is done, although we consider this a security measure to prevent viruses from entering our network and also to prevent their propagation through our network.
