MSSQL Low Disk Space

I've got a TT in 96287, but haven't had any response yet

If any techs are browsing the forum could you please take a look at MSSQL's free space I think its running a little low and causing problems.

If you need a quick hit to recover space try going through all the DB's and setting their options so that the recovery mode is "simple" and tick the AutoShrink option as well. Within 5 minutes this should reduce many of the logfiles down to just a few megabytes hopefully freeing up pleanty of space.

I'm getting errors on DB whilst trying to increase in size and I sure it's space related (looks like less than 5Mb of free space on MSSQL)

3 hours now at least since low disk warning, your going to have some very unhappy users once the free space allocation that MS SQL maintains for each database runs out.
Code:
Drive / MB Free C 2

Once matt gets back I think we may make some scripts to check server diskspace every day just to be on the safe side and email us if they get below 10% or less.

You could just use SQL Server itself to alert you as well, something along the lines of the following script could be adapted
