Help with online forms

Hello,

Does anyone know of a good and (simple) way to make an online loan application form for a bank? The form would be submitted via email or some kinda cgi email form that would submit the completed form to an email of choice.

What I am looking for is something really simple to use and install.

If you have any ideas please post them for me.

I don't see what I am looking for there. Do you know if this can be created simply and then have someone install the cgi? If so, what would that cost?

Javier is referring to the formmail script at that site. It has simple instructions that anyone even a little familar with scripting can use to install via ftp.

If you would rather pay someone to install the script, rates vary by vendor.

In addtion to CGI, you'll still need the form you'd like developed and an error/success page for it to look professional. Some client side validation helps as well.

you may have to look into security/encryption from woe to go as well if it's for a bank and sensitive details. I know i wouldn't be keen on just simple form to email if it were my data.
