It is up now. The restored image is from 9/17 at 1 AM.

It is such a relief for me that you guys at least have a backup to restore from in case of data loss. Some data centers do not prepare for this kind of situation.

NT 50 is down again!
And it looks like since about 8:00pm PST it is now 1:33am PST
4.5 hours is rediculous with no messaging to us at all about status. We have customers that are falling off because of this. I have no idea what to tell my customers. They want to know why this server is always running so slow or not at all. Please shed some light on this...
