Can we sell domain names with vortech reseller plan?

You can do whatever you like, Vortech offers domains at $15 last time I checked and thats integrated with the CP, I'm not sure how many use this system as you can get domains for under half that price if you have your own enom, directi, godaddy reseller arrangment etc.

Yes, just enable domain registration in your plans, and set your prices for the domain TLD's you wish to resell.
