What just happened this morning? 9/18

All servers were down.
Vortech support was down.

yep third outage just happen, like two minutes ago, now everything is back to normal (at least so far :

Hello everyone,

From around 4am EDT to about 10am EDT we experienced two network outages caused by our bandwidth provider. The upstream provider made a fatal mistake in period assignments and set our peer gateway to be administratively down. This effectively caused all of our services to be down; however, this did not affect our servers in any way, shape, or form. As of now, everything should be back to normal. If you continue to experience any issues related to this, feel free to reply to this message to open a ticket through us. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to you and your clients.

I was ok with the first email they sent out, but it doesn't explain the outage that came 10 seconds following. But, I'm backup now as well 10:14am CST.

Here is Aaron's latest comment:
Again our main upstream provider dropped us. We have instigated emergency routing procedures at the data center while this is fixed.

mresell, you're right, that was taken from an email sent by VT Support a few minutes ago.

Ok, so we just went down again (not very long but it happened) - any ideas when this will be fixed permanently?
