Server is perfectly stable on new hardware.

Nearly all users were recovered off the old array without issue even though there was heavy file system corruption. There may be a random file missing on occasion. If a file showed heavy errors which might cause serious issues it was not restored rather than restoring a problem.

Because the file system was damaged, there may be some permissions issues for a few users. If you cannot access through ftp (it will let you log in, just not access your root "/" file system) submit a ticket so that we may correct it for you.

If you are missing files, we tried our best to get all KNOWN REPAIRABLE files onto the server. Most of what is "missing" was beyond repair and of questionable integrity at best. Some of the damaged files would throw errors and lock the machine up on access. If you have a few specific files that cannot be regenerated or restored by any means available please submit a ticket and we will attempt a targeted recovery of those specific files. This should be limited to files that are IRREPLACEABLE only, such as a picture which has no other copy in existence or text file that has never been backed up. This is not a valid option for simply restoring a site to save time for reconfiguring. Any data we pull from this point could not be completely trusted so should be reserved for emergencies.
