This forum is called "H-SPhere & Cpanel Pre-Sales"
How can people ask pre-sales questions about the systems if they have to already be a customer to have access to this forum???

From what I am seeing right now, it's under the General Forum.

wait, i take that back. it asks you to register and give an email address. if they do that they should still get access to the presales thread.

Exactly. Everyone on the forum has to register.

OK, thanks for clearing this up ;) I thought the only way was to ask in the special request thread and that thread asks for a username.
I'm still a bit puzzled then, why would the spam forums be visible to non-members?

we have been tweaking things recently, maybe you just gave us something else to tweak :)
