Until they point to anything concrete I think their chances are weak. But hey I don't think people should get convicted with only circumstantial evidence either:)

Yesterday RedHat fired a shot across SCO's bow and is suing them and putting money aside for those sued by SCO.

Actually it probably would, just not using the Sun JDK, I am almost positive it would fully run using the blackdown builds, but anyway, that needs ot be tested, not just thrown in.
