Hello,
Many have been asking why are there TLD's missing (ex: .com .org .biz .net) from the drop menu during a new domain SIGNUP. For those of you experiencing the same issue, here is your solution!
Before you can Signup new domains you must first establish which TLD's you will allow. To do this, you must click on "SETTINGS" in your control panel and then choose "DOMAIN REGISTRAR". Under this section you will have the option of defining which TLD's you wish to use and what price you wish to charge to your clients. After this is completed you will see the TLD"s you have specified apear in your SIGNUP drop menu list.
In the past you could only register for 1 year, but now it is enabled for 10 years, giving you a bit more flexability with your clients.
