Uploading zip files

Why is it that i cannot upload zip files? It says that the zip file directory doesn't exist. What is wrong? Am I not allowed to upload zip files to my own website? How can i go around this problem?

Just in case you want to know what files i want to upload, I want to upload the h-sphere zip files so my customers can download it from me if they choose.

Hmmm, we don't stop you from uploading zip files by FTP there is no way really to do that and never would.
